We are a focused engineering team built around technical depth, direct communication, and long-term ownership. Most of our engineers graduated from Polish universities of technology with degrees in computer science or applied mathematics.
Our core strength is backend development, data-oriented systems, and technical problem solving – combining software engineering, architecture, data analysis, infrastructure, and operational responsibility. We stay close to the product, understand the business context, and treat every system we build as something we’ll be running tomorrow.
Led by an Engineer With Over Two Decades of Commercial Experience
Anurit is led by its founder – a software engineer with over two decades of commercial experience in software development, technical leadership, architecture, analysis, and company building.
Today, the founder’s role is less about day-to-day implementation and more about guiding the team, shaping technical direction, defining solutions, supporting business and data analysis, and developing the company in a deliberate way. This founder-led model gives clients direct access to continuity, experience, and decisions grounded in both engineering and long-term delivery responsibility.

The core of the team. Most of our engineers focus on backend systems, APIs, business workflows, integrations, and production software.
Data Engineering & Analytics
A strong analytical layer supports data engineering, structured business logic, data processing, valuation logic, and complex operational systems.
AI & Machine Learning
Capability in AI and machine learning – especially where automation, analytics, and data-heavy workflows are involved.
Frontend Development
Modern JavaScript development supporting newer projects where interface quality and user experience are part of the delivery scope.
DevOps & Infrastructure
One of our strongest areas. We manage environments, security, deployments, and operational maturity with modern tooling.
QA / Testing
Testing and validation as part of the release process – improving quality and reducing delivery risk.
Product & Marketing Support
Product thinking and positioning input that helps shape stronger software products.
When projects require it, we also collaborate with external specialists – including UI/UX designers for user research, wireframing, and visual design, as well as domain experts for niche technical challenges. This lets us stay lean while still delivering full-scope solutions.
